If you’ve completed your course but can’t find your certificate, don’t worry! 🚫📜
This usually happens when your Professional Information has not been added to your profile. Certificates won’t generate until this step is complete. ✅
🔧 How to Fix This Issue
1️⃣ Log in to your MasterCPE account 👤
2️⃣ Go to PROFILE 📝
3️⃣ Scroll to the section called Professional Information 🏢
4️⃣ Upload or update your required details (license number, state, etc.) 🆔
5️⃣ Once saved, your certificate should appear automatically 🎉📄

If your certificate does not show up after updating your profile:
📘 Provide the course name
📅 Share the completion date
📷 Attach a screenshot of your completed course (if available)
